Happy New Year and Sorry for taking so long getting back to you. Have been crazy busy over the last week. As far as he demo is concerned ..... We can either do it at yours or I can find another venue, whatever suits you. Was thinking of maybe doing it on the 12th of Feb, what do you think? The way that I usually do this sort of thing is to figure it how much all the ingredients cost then roughly device it by the maximum amount of people you expect to attend.
